## Product checks
For reflex and mirrorless cameras, checks include general cleaning, sensor cleaning, electronic and mechanical functionality, reset to initial settings and firmware updates. Lenses receive general cleaning, electronic and mechanical checks and lens-condition verification. Other products receive general cleaning and functional checks.

## Warranty
Used products are checked, cleaned and restored and are always covered by a warranty of 1 to 2 years. Assistance covers electronic and mechanical malfunctions when they are not caused by improper use. The warranty does not apply to unauthorized disassembly, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or liquid damage. Warranty service requires the purchase invoice.

## Shipping and packaging
- Insured BRT shipping costs €15.
