The Aputure Amaran 150c is a 150W point-source LED light that utilizes an RGBWW chipset to provide full color control and a variable color temperature range between 2,500K and 7,500K. The device integrates Aputure’s proprietary color-blending technology to maintain consistent chromatic accuracy with nominal CRI and TLCI ratings of 95 or higher. The hardware design includes a universal Bowens Mount that allows for the installation of optical or diffusion modifiers and features an active cooling system for thermal management during extended use. Parameter control is achieved via the physical interface on the back of the lamp body or through the Bluetooth Mesh protocol using the Sidus Link application. Powered via a 48V DC connection, the fixture can be connected to the mains or compatible external batteries, providing a dimmable light output from 0% to 100% with various dimming curves integrated into the firmware.
