Leica M6 0,85x TTL – Cod. 10 466 – Silver

Leica M6 TTL 0.85 Silver, code 10 466, is a 35 mm film rangefinder camera with Leica M mount, belonging to the M6 TTL series produced between 1998 and 2002. This version is distinguished by its high-magnification 0.85x viewfinder, particularly suited to normal and medium-telephoto lenses, with bright-line frames for 35/135 mm, 50/75 mm, and 90 mm lenses together with automatic parallax compensation. The camera features a TTL exposure meter that measures light reflected from the first shutter curtain and provides manual exposure guidance through LED indicators in the viewfinder, while the TTL flash system enables flash exposure control with compatible flash units. The mechanical cloth focal-plane shutter offers speeds from 1 second to 1/1000 s plus Bulb, with flash synchronization at 1/50 s; the camera therefore remains mechanically operational without a battery, except for the exposure meter and electronic functions. Film sensitivity can be manually set from ISO 6 to 6400. The body features the traditional Leica M construction with manual film advance and rewind, a larger shutter-speed dial than the earlier M6 Classic, an accessory shoe, and compatibility with dedicated motorized film advance systems. The Silver Chrome finish identifies code 10 466 and combines the compact M6 TTL body with Leica’s traditional design; dimensions are approximately 138 × 79.5 × 38 mm and weight is around 600 g without lens.
