The Leica 135mm f/2.8 Elmarit-M’s unique eyepiece mount has made it the first 135mm lens capable of expanding the M2’s 90mm viewing frame to a 135mm frame, thereby greatly increasing rangefinder accuracy. When used with other M cameras, the mount effectively enlarges the rangefinder image.
