Unlock in a second, start filming straight away: the DJI RS 4 Mini features the same automatic axis locks already found on DJI's flagship stabilisers, which allow the three axes to be automatically unlocked on power-up and locked on power-down or when switching to sleep mode. This significantly speeds up the shooting, transition and storage processes. - Faster switchover to portrait mode: Of the RS series models, the RS 4 Mini is the one that allows you to switch from horizontal to portrait shooting the fastest. This way, you can shoot vertical videos directly, perfect for viewing on a smartphone. - Triple the ease of balancing: The RS 4 Mini has been meticulously upgraded with the addition of Teflon interlayers, reducing friction for smoother balancing. When you need to remove the camera from the stabiliser and reattach it, this allows for quick repositioning without compromising balance. - Compatible with cameras and smartphones: The lightweight RS 4 Mini offers a load capacity of 2 kg (4.4 lbs) and can effortlessly handle combinations such as Sony A7 series mirrorless cameras with a 24-70 mm F2.8 GM II lens, as well as vlog cameras such as the Sony ZV series. It enables smooth camera movements even when combined with DJI Mic series microphones, fill lights and other accessories. You can also quickly turn it into a smartphone stabiliser using the new Phone Holder. - Wireless recording and zoom: After Bluetooth pairing, you can control the start/stop recording of your camera or phone directly via the stabiliser's record button. The new zoom control function allows you to control the PZ Lens Power Zoom and Clear Image Zoom simply by pushing the joystick, making one-handed operation a breeze. ? - Thoughtful user interface updates: The touchscreen now displays icons more clearly and works more fluidly. New stabiliser status alerts have been added, and when customising parameters, values can be adjusted directly using the front wheel. - Intelligent tracking and composition: Assists novice videographers with intelligent tracking and composition, keeping the human subject in a constant position within the frame. The module supports tracking up to 10 metres and ensures reliable performance even in complex scenes, e.g. in multi-person environments. Furthermore, even if the subject momentarily moves out of the frame, the stabiliser is able to find and track it again. - Start/stop tracking in one second: With a single pull of the trigger, you can instantly lock on to your object and start or stop intelligent tracking, to keep up with the star of the show. Or simply open the palm of your hand towards the module, which in a second detects your subject and starts/stops intelligent tracking, an ideal function for selfies and vlogs. - Responsive and smooth tracking: In the new responsive tracking mode, the stabiliser responds faster to hand movements when starting and stopping, making it particularly suitable for fast orbital shots. It also retains DJI's classic smooth tracking mode, providing a smooth stabiliser response, ideal for smooth tracking or parallel tracking shots. The combination of various tracking modes and speeds allows for multiple narratives. - Fourth-generation stabilisation: The RS 4 Mini has been upgraded to the fourth-generation RS stabilisation algorithm. It achieves a superior balance between stabilisation force and the tactile feel of camera movement, offering excellent stabilisation performance and an enhanced user experience.? In addition, the RS 4 Mini offers greatly improved stability when shooting vertically, easily stabilising dynamic shots such as during running or low-angle perspectives.
