The slim aviation aluminum frame, with a stated thickness of approximately 3.2 mm, helps limit the risk of vignetting on many compatible lenses and uses a CNC screw-in design for direct mounting on the lens front thread. It is available in different diameters and should be selected according to the filter thread size marked on the lens, not according to the camera model.
