Canon EOS C80

Canon EOS C80 is a compact Cinema EOS camera with RF mount, designed for professional video production, documentaries, digital content, corporate shooting, live production, and workflows involving a single operator or small crews. It features a full-frame 6K BSI CMOS sensor with a stated dynamic range of up to 16 stops and supports a Triple Base ISO system at 800, 3200, and 12800 ISO, useful for optimizing the signal-to-noise ratio in different lighting conditions. The camera records internally in 12-bit Cinema RAW Light and 4:2:2 10-bit formats, providing flexibility for color management and post-production. The Dual Pixel CMOS AF II system with EOS iTR AF X enables subject recognition and tracking across the sensor area, while the RF mount allows direct use of Canon RF lenses and compatibility with EF and PL lenses through dedicated adapters. EOS C80 includes built-in ND filters of 2, 4, and 6 stops, extendable up to 10 stops, a useful feature for maintaining controlled shutter speeds and apertures even in bright environments.
