This card is also suitable for video capture, including 4K, Full HD and 3D video. It can reach maximum sequential read speeds of up to 300MB/s and maximum sequential write speeds of up to 250MB/s. Thanks to the V90 speed class, minimum sustained write speeds are guaranteed not to drop below 90 MB/s. To facilitate the card's use in almost any environment and to ensure the safety of its contents, OWC has built the Atlas Pro with a bend-, shock- and X-ray-resistant design, as well as an IP67 rating, which means it is dust- and water-resistant. UHS-II media achieves its speed through an additional row of pins, and although this card is designed for UHS-II / V90 compatible cameras, it can be used in devices that do not support UHS-II / V90. However, be aware that the card will be set to the speed class and bus of the device, such as UHS-II and V60, which supports minimum write speeds of 60 MB/s, UHS-II and V30, which supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s, or UHS-I and U3, which also supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. If your device does not support U3, this card is compatible with the U1 and Class 10 standards, each of which provide minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s.
