Sirui VA5X Testa video ultracompatta

Sirui VA5X is an ultra-compact fluid video head designed for mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, compact camcorders, and lightweight video setups. Its stated payload capacity is 3 kg, with a 1 kg counterbalance system, making it suitable for compact setups with a camera body, lens, and essential accessories. The fluid system allows smooth pan and tilt movements, useful for video shooting, interviews, social media content, lightweight documentaries, events, and mobile productions. Tilt drag is continuously adjustable, while 360° panning can be locked; the tilt range extends from approximately 90° to -60°. The head integrates a Safety Lock system to reduce the risk of accidental plate release and uses a sliding Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release plate, with 1/4” and 3/8” screws for camera mounting. Two bubble levels are included for easier alignment, along with a removable rubberized pan handle of approximately 23 cm and a 3/8” bottom mount for attachment to compatible tripods. Weighing around 0.55-0.60 kg and built from aluminum alloy, Sirui VA5X is suitable for operators looking for a lightweight, precise, and easily transportable video head, intended for compact setups rather than heavy camcorders or complex professional rigs.
