Olympus TG-Tracker (Green)

Olympus Stylus TG-Tracker Green is a rugged action camera designed for outdoor activities, sports, hiking, diving, and shooting in demanding environmental conditions, featuring an integrated sensor system that records movement and environmental data together with photos and videos. It uses a 1/2.3-inch back-illuminated CMOS sensor with approximately 8.3 effective megapixels and a fixed ultra-wide-angle lens equivalent to about 13.9 mm with an f/2.0 aperture and a 204° diagonal angle of view, making it particularly suitable for immersive footage and fast-moving subjects. It records 4K video up to 30p, Full HD up to 60p, and HD up to 240p, with electronic image stabilization and MOV/H.264 recording with linear PCM stereo audio. The Field Sensor System integrates GPS with GLONASS and QZSS support, a barometer, temperature sensor, electronic compass, and 3-axis accelerometer, allowing data such as location, altitude, depth, temperature, direction, and acceleration to be stored and displayed through the Olympus Image Track app. The body is waterproof down to 30 meters without a housing, dustproof, shockproof from drops up to 2.1 meters, freezeproof down to -10 °C, and crushproof up to 100 kgf. A 1.5-inch tilting display allows framing control, while built-in Wi-Fi, GPS, microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC support, Micro USB, and Micro HDMI complete the feature set. The TG-Tracker weighs approximately 180 g with battery, and the original package included an LI-92B battery, power adapter, USB cable, mounting adapter, standard and underwater lens protectors, and Steady Grip. Olympus TG-Tracker Green is therefore suitable for users looking for a compact and durable camera with 4K recording, an extremely wide-angle lens, and integrated environmental tracking tools, while noting that it was introduced in 2016 and is now mainly available on the used market.
