Leica SL3-P – cod. 10664

Leica SL3-P, code 10664, is a full-frame mirrorless camera with L-Mount, designed for professional photography, reportage, portraiture, landscape, events, video production, and hybrid photo/video workflows. It features a 44 MP full-frame BSI CMOS sensor, with Multishot mode up to 176 MP, offering an intermediate resolution between the Leica SL3 and Leica SL3-S and a balance between detail, operating speed, and file management. The hybrid autofocus system uses 819 phase-detection points with machine learning-based subject recognition, designed to track people, animals, and vehicles in both photo and video use. The camera supports continuous shooting up to 40 fps in 12-bit with continuous autofocus and integrates in-body image stabilization. For video, it records up to 8K/30p Open Gate, 6K/60p, and 4K/120p, with support for HDMI RAW up to 8K/30p and Apple ProRes up to 5.8K, making it suitable also for advanced video productions. The magnesium and aluminum body is made in Germany, features IP54 protection against dust and splashes, and maintains the discreet design approach typical of Leica “P” versions, without the classic red Leica dot on the front. It includes a 5.76-million-dot electronic viewfinder, 3.2-inch rear touchscreen, top monochrome display, dual card slots for CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II, USB-C, HDMI, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connections. Leica SL3-P also supports Content Credentials according to the Content Authenticity Initiative standard, useful for attaching verifiable metadata about image origin to files.
